Building Cleaner Position

Position: Full-Time Building Cleaner Position
Join Comfort & Coziness as a Full-Time Building Cleaner, where your positive energy and attention to detail will make a difference in students' lives. You'll enhance hygiene and comfort in our residential spaces.

This position, available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, involves meticulous cleaning, from residential floors to common areas. You'll be an integral part of maintaining high standards of cleanliness that contribute significantly to the student experience. A welcoming personality and adaptability to new skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vacuum, mop, and clean elevators and floors

• Collect and switch waste bins for collection

• Prepare suites and bedrooms for incoming students

• Ensure beds are made with appropriate linens

• Clean lobby, laundry, and lounge areas

Requirements:

• Positive, friendly attitude is a must

• Basic cleaning experience beneficial, but training is available

• Flexibility to handle various cleaning tasks

• Collaborative approach with the team

• Availability for scheduled shifts during weekday hours
