QuadReal Property Maintenance Technician

Reporting to the Maintenance or Community Manager, this position is crucial for maintaining all mechanical systems, performing inspections, and supporting maintenance operations. You will engage in both preventative and corrective measures, ensuring properties meet health and safety regulations while providing a secure living experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect vacant suites and complete make-ready tasks

• Conduct scheduled and emergency maintenance as needed

• Maintain cleanliness across property grounds and facilities

• Supervise on-site contractors and vendors

• Document maintenance activities accurately and timely

Requirements:

• At least two years of general maintenance experience

• High school diploma with relevant post-secondary coursework

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Yardi Voyager

• Professional communication skills in all interactions

• Ability to lift 25 kilograms safely
