Position: Property Cleaner for CLV Group
Join CLV Group as a Property Cleaner at our Weston Road community in North York. This hands-on role focuses on maintaining clean, welcoming shared spaces for over 200 residents.

As a vital operations team member, you will ensure that communal areas remain modern and spotless. Ideal for cleaning professionals with strong customer service skills, this position involves routine cleaning, sanitation, and deep cleaning tasks. You will also assist with snow removal during winter and report maintenance issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks for all building areas

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and common shared spaces

• Empty garbage and dispose of waste responsibly

• Carry out occasional deep cleaning tasks

• Respond to cleaning work orders from property management

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to perform physical tasks like lifting and bending

• Basic English communication skills

• Friendly and community-oriented

• Eligible for a Criminal Record Check
