First Service Residential seeks Cleaner Floaters to maintain cleanliness across diverse Toronto properties. Play an essential role in ensuring top-notch cleanliness for guest satisfaction and property standards.

As a Cleaner Floater, you will be responsible for various cleaning tasks in areas such as Downtown, Midtown, North York, and Scarborough. Ideal candidates should understand janitorial methods, have the ability to prioritize tasks, and can operate specialized cleaning equipment. Your work will directly impact the aesthetic of the properties, enhancing guest and owner experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways

• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

• Dust furniture and fixtures thoroughly

• Load and unload heavy supplies and furniture

• Report cleanliness issues and maintenance needs

Requirements:

• Familiarity with proper cleaning techniques

• Capability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs)

• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices

• Strong instruction-following skills

• Flexibility in undertaking changing duties as needed
