Position: Maintenance Operations Leader for Vaccines
Join Sanofi as a Maintenance and Reliability Operations Leader in Toronto, ON, focusing on Drug Product operations. Drive maintenance performance and reliability in Filling, Visual Inspection, and Labelling & Packaging.

As a key part of our Drug Product Leadership Team, you’ll ensure safe and efficient operations within our facility. Your expertise in maintenance execution, asset reliability, and compliance will be vital. With at least five years of leadership experience, you’ll lead teams to improve equipment maintainability and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance execution and plan priority activities

• Oversee reliability for Filling and Visual Inspection assets

• Ensure compliance with cGMP and documentation accuracy

• Troubleshoot major equipment failures effectively

• Manage maintenance budget and track costs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience

• Strong understanding of GMP and aseptic environments

• Familiarity with RCM and CMMS systems

• Experience with capital projects in GMP manufacturing
