As a live-in Superintendent, you will ensure the upkeep and high standards of Akelius properties. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine inspections of property and building systems
• Maintain accurate logs for preventative maintenance initiatives
• Address repairs in common areas and grounds promptly
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as necessary
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of building maintenance and repairs experience
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
