Reliability Manager

Position: Reliability Manager at Gay Lea Foods
Lead maintenance operations at Gay Lea Foods in North York as a Reliability Manager. Focus on electromechanical repairs and process efficiency in a full-time onsite role.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position emphasizes safe operations, predictive maintenance, and training maintenance staff. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will enhance maintenance processes and support a culture of reliability within the team. You will ensure the effective management of all plant equipment and systems while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Maintenance team and skilled trades staff

• Train and mentor maintenance employees in troubleshooting

• Oversee mechanical and electrical system maintenance

• Schedule preventative maintenance for production equipment

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Five years of leadership experience in food/beverage sector

• Educational background in mechanical or engineering technology

• Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical and electrical areas

• Proficient in Computerized Maintenance Management Software

• Ability to effectively prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks
