Trainer, Installation Technician

. supplies electrical components for new construction, renovation, and maintenance of industrial plants, residences and commercial buildings. We provide OEM and MRO solutions, lighting design, inventory management, training, automation expertise, and specialty services.

We are currently seeking a corporate trainer. This role is based in the GTA with travel across Ontario and will be part of a training team, reporting directly to the HR Director.

• Lead engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees
• Support continuous learning and development across the organization
• Create and enhance training tools, guides, and programs
• Act as a go-to subject matter expert (super-user)
• Drive process improvements and training updates
• Travel to branches to deliver impactful, hands‑on training
• Champion best practices and elevate user standards
• Track progress, produce reports, and follow through on actions
• Help grow and strengthen the Training Center

• Independent, collaborative, and proactive
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Teams)
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
• Ability to engage, motivate, and influence others
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• 1 year of corporate training experience – an asset
• French / Electrical knowledge - an asset
• Technical background (DEP/DEC in the electrical field) - an asset
