Position: Union General Maintainer at CBRE

As a Union General Maintainer at CBRE, you will be integral to the Engineering and Technical Services team. Your responsibilities will encompass preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning, sweeping, and snow removal

• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and input task histories

• Maintain door/window hardware and signage

• Inspect and repair interior/exterior elements

• Respond to tenant requests and environmental complaints

Requirements:

• 1 year of previous handyperson experience

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship

• Strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety standards
