Building Maintenance Technician

Position: Building Maintenance Technician Full Time
Join our team as a Building Maintenance Technician in a full-time role. You'll maintain HVAC systems, provide repairs, and support overall facility operations from Monday to Friday.

In this role, you are responsible for general maintenance of our building and facilities, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. With a shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, you will perform regular preventive maintenance tasks and ensure that all safety equipment is operational and compliant. Your contributions will directly enhance service reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems

• Conduct minor electrical and water repairs

• Implement preventative maintenance schedules

• Repair material handling equipment for reliability

• Perform carpentry work for building upkeep

Requirements:

• 2+ years in facility maintenance

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Familiarity with safety equipment protocols
