Live-In Residential Superintendent Leaside, Toronto
Foresight Recruitment Group is helping our client find a Live-In Residential Superintendent for an apartment building in the Leaside neighbourhood of Toronto.
This is a great role for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to care for the building like it is their own home.
You will live at the property and help keep the building clean, safe, and well maintained.
What You’ll Do In this role- Help residents with questions and repair requests
- Complete small repairs around the building and in suites
- Keep common areas clean and tidy
- Help with move-ins and move-outs
- Show available suites to future residents
- Help get empty suites ready for new residents
- Check the building and report bigger repair issues
- Work with contractors when needed
- Help with fire and safety checks
