Factory Maintenance Worker Position

We are seeking a dependable Factory Maintenance Worker with 1-2 years of relevant experience. This role involves sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep of the factory while also involving minor repairs and equipment management. Expect a flexible schedule with 30 hours per week and various shift options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors and hallways

• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners for debris and dirt

• Empty trash cans and containers throughout the facility

• Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed

• Contact contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate

• 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Excellent oral communication skills

• Familiarity with production equipment and tools

• Physical ability to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
