We are looking for a Building Operator Level 2 to enhance the maintenance operations at Cloverdale Shopping Centre. You will handle various maintenance tasks across HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems while maintaining accurate logs of your work.
Your role will also involve supporting safety initiatives and responding efficiently to tenant requests, ensuring a well-maintained, safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and electrical systems
• Conduct daily inspections and maintain detailed records
• Participate in corporate safety and risk management
• Operate and monitor Building Automation Systems
• Assist with waste management and recycling issues
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of building maintenance experience
• 4th Class Power Engineer or similar qualification
• Valid driver’s license and strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
