Become a Cleaner with Homestead Land Holdings in Ajax, ON. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in shared areas and tenant units while ensuring a welcoming environment for all.

As a Cleaner, you will work 40 hours a week, including weekend shifts every other week. Your main tasks will focus on sweeping, mopping, and maintaining various spaces like laundry rooms, elevators, and fitness areas. You will also be responsible for tenant units upon vacancy, ensuring that they are clean and presentable for new residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum designated areas

• Clean elevators, lounges, and fitness rooms thoroughly

• Prepare tenant units after vacancies, including kitchens and bathrooms

• Remove snow during winter months as needed

• Perform other cleaning-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Preferred previous professional cleaning experience

• Ability to lift up to 20 kg safely

• Attention to detail and reliable work ethic

• Secure work practices are essential

• Must pass a reference check and criminal records clearance
