Position: General Maintenance Worker for Shopping Centre
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Worker to ensure smooth operations in a bustling shopping centre environment. This role involves both emergency and preventative maintenance to keep our facility optimally functioning.

In this position, you'll work closely with various building systems while meeting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should bring 3-5 years of maintenance experience, hold a valid 'G' License, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning. You will be engaged in a team-driven atmosphere where knowledge sharing is encouraged and performance excellence is emphasized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer tenant calls and prioritize maintenance requests

• Maintain the preventative maintenance program using MRI Angus

• Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions

• Assist with requests from marketing and administration

• Perform minor repairs in building interiors and exteriors

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience

• BES 1 & 2 certification preferred

• Valid 'G' License

• General handyman skills with tools and safety knowledge

• Adaptability to organizational changes
