Experienced Maintenance Worker Position

Join a dynamic team as an Experienced Maintenance Worker. This role focuses on tenant support, preventative maintenance using MRI Angus, and general property repairs.

We are seeking a maintenance professional with 3-5 years of experience to oversee tenant work orders and maintain our preventative maintenance program. Tasks include site inspections, minor repairs, and supporting both internal and external customer requests across various departments. Continuous improvement and teamwork are essential in this evolving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer tenant calls and prioritize work orders

• Maintain preventative maintenance using MRI Angus

• Conduct site inspections and recommend action plans

• Perform minor repairs for property interiors and exteriors

• Daily plumbing inspections and washroom maintenance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work-related experience

• BES 1 & 2 certifications preferred

• G License required

• General handyman skills with tools

• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety codes
