Night Maintenance Grade 2 Technician

Take on the role of a Maintenance Grade 2 Technician during nights with TPA, focusing on facility upkeep and equipment maintenance. Ensure cleanliness and operational efficiency while working with a team.

As a Maintenance Grade 2 employee, you will manage routine maintenance duties with minimal supervision. Your tasks will include janitorial responsibilities, operating TPA vehicles, and working collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain high standards. Strong communication skills and previous experience are key for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial tasks throughout TPA facilities

• Operate various TPA vehicles, including trucks and snow ploughs

• Maintain cleanliness of garage floors and washrooms

• Execute equipment operations as directed

• Exhibit adherence to TPA’s Core Values

Requirements:

• High School completion or equivalent experience

• Valid G driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Familiarity with cleaning equipment like Tennant sweepers

• Willingness to work midnight shifts with rotating days off
