Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine electrical and mechanical repairs

• Carry out emergency maintenance for system failures

• Complete preventative maintenance checklist monthly

• Operate and monitor the Building Automation System (BAS)

• Provide training on fire prevention equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma

• 3 to 5 years of technical maintenance experience

• Previous superintendent experience preferred

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
