As a Facility Maintenance Supervisor, this role involves directly overseeing the Facility Maintenance Technician teams. You will handle system operations, compliance with safety standards, and employee development. Your expertise in facilities maintenance will drive the team’s success and maintain high operational quality in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise technician schedules across various shifts

• Communicate daily priorities and oversee work order statuses

• Provide coaching and address performance issues proactively

• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety standards

• Manage emergency maintenance tasks effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in facilities maintenance; 3 in a supervisory role

• Certification in technical disciplines highly preferred

• Knowledge of Ontario safety and building codes

• Skilled in CMMS and Microsoft Office software

• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver's License
