Building Maintenance Operator

Position: Building Maintenance Operator - CBRE
Step into a critical role with CBRE as a Building Maintenance Operator ensuring building systems are efficiently maintained. This opportunity involves hands-on repairs and system monitoring.

In this position, you will be integral to the Engineering and Technical Services team, taking charge of preventive maintenance and repairs for a range of building systems. With exposure to various mechanical and electrical infrastructure, you will maintain safety standards and energy efficiency. This role supports a collaborative culture and prioritizes effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections and log equipment performance

• Perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Handle tenant requests and emergencies decisively

• Train and oversee external contractors' work

• Conduct tests on systems including generators and water

Requirements:

• OSSGD or equivalent certification

• 1-3 years in facility maintenance operations

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with CMMS and BAS

• Eligible to work in Canada
