Position: Head Groundskeeper for Cricket Facilities
Take charge of cricket maintenance at the Toronto Cricket Skating and Curling Club as the Head Groundskeeper. Key responsibilities include overseeing turf care, maintaining equipment, and ensuring member satisfaction.

You will be instrumental in leading groundskeeping operations, collaborating with your team to uphold the club's high standards. Your expertise in cricket pitch upkeep and safe practices will contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for the club’s members. Planning, scheduling, and communicating effectively with other departments is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct cricket field’s daily maintenance and safety inspections

• Coordinate maintenance tasks with facilities team

• Work with consultants to enhance pitch and turf quality

• Maintain accurate records and schedule preventive maintenance

• Set-up cricket elements for competitions and practice

Requirements:

• High school diploma with turf maintenance certification

• Minimum five years’ hands-on cricket field experience

• ICC Level 3 Curator certification required

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Office and grounds maintenance equipment
