Position: Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor Role

Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the electromechanical repairs of all plant equipment and the maintenance of necessary systems. This role emphasizes leading a maintenance team, scheduling preventative maintenance tasks, and improving processes efficiency across the board. You'll also coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance of all plant machinery and systems

• Lead the team in preventative maintenance scheduling

• Coordinate tradeswork in a 24/7 operation

• Maintain compliance with safety and quality regulatory standards

• Train and develop maintenance personnel for improved performance

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in mechanical or engineering technology

• At least five years in a related food/beverage industry role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in computerized maintenance management software

• Strong planning, prioritization, and scheduling skills
