GDI Services is on the lookout for dedicated janitors responsible for cleaning hard floors, carpets, and common areas. This role requires attention to detail as you manage washroom upkeep, window washing, and trash collection. Applicants must possess the ability to work independently and also as part of a cooperative team, ensuring quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and stairs

• Clean windowsills, glasses, and interior walls

• Maintain bathrooms and restock supplies daily

• Collect and dispose of building trash responsibly

• Report defects and assist the supervisor as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision

• Experience using cleaning tools and equipment

• Must have reliable transportation

• Attention to detail and high energy levels required

• Pass a Criminal Background Check
