Become a Heavy Duty Cleaner in a residential condominium located in North York, Toronto. Focus on maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for residents by addressing various cleaning tasks efficiently.

This position offers scheduled hours from Monday to Friday. Duties include cleanliness in common areas, floor care, and prompt reporting of maintenance issues. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, strong time management, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in elevators and common lobbies

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors as required

• Handle garbage and recycling removal

• Ensure washrooms and high-touch surfaces are sanitized

• Utilize cleaning equipment like vacuums and auto scrubbers

Requirements:

• Prior heavy-duty cleaning experience preferred

• Comfortable operating cleaning machinery
