Position: Property Caretaker for Neighbours
Join Neighbours as a Property Caretaker responsible for cleaning and light maintenance across designated sites. This role requires a proactive cleaning focus and managing various operational tasks effectively.

As a Caretaker at Neighbours, you will contribute to maintaining high cleanliness standards and perform essential light repairs across multiple properties. Your responsibilities will include janitorial duties, snow removal, and keeping records of equipment and maintenance activities. This position emphasizes the importance of creating a safe and welcoming environment for tenants, including those facing social challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily cleaning of lobbies, common areas, and washrooms

• Perform minor repairs and maintain equipment in good condition

• Visually inspect properties for cleanliness and safety hazards

• Remove snow and debris from walkways and parking areas

• Communicate with management about site conditions and issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in cleaning and maintenance

• Strong understanding of cleaning products and machinery

• Ability to lift loads up to 25 kilograms

• Competence in using workplace safety guidelines

• Effective communication skills in English
