Toronto Live-In Maintenance Technician

BGO is seeking a Live-In Maintenance Technician for its Toronto, ON location r role will enhance residents' quality of living through effective maintenance and upkeep.

As a Live-In Maintenance Technician, you will handle both scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs in a vibrant residential community. This position requires a strong service ethic and knowledge of health and safety practices. Daily tasks include general cleaning, emergency maintenance, and collaborating with service vendors to meet residents' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, elevators, and amenities

• Manage seasonal maintenance tasks including shoveling and watering

• Ensure all resident service requests are promptly resolved

• Check and maintain emergency and mechanical systems

• Regularly update service logs and documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Previous experience in property management preferred

• Willingness to work on-call and flexible hours

• Knowledge of maintenance tools and systems

• Criminal verification check required
