Ensure pristine cleanliness at First Service Residential as a Heavy Duty Cleaner located in Toronto, ON. Maintain interiors and exteriors to delight owners and guests with your attention to detail.

As a Heavy Duty Cleaner, you'll provide meticulous care throughout the property, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Your role requires a solid understanding of janitorial practices, as you'll service restrooms, sweep and mop floors, and manage waste disposal. Your sharp eye will also help you detect needed repairs and safety issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service restrooms thoroughly

• Sweep, vacuum, and mop various areas

• Report repairs and safety hazards promptly

• Dust furniture, fixtures, and windowsills

• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and toiletries

Requirements:

• Knowledge of janitorial practices and tools

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Familiarity with safety rules and procedures

• Experience in operating cleaning equipment

• Strong ability to follow and explain instructions
