Position: North York Property Cleaning Role
CLV Group is hiring a Property Cleaner for the Weston Road community in North York. This vital role ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of vital community areas.

In this role, you will undertake routine cleaning and sanitation tasks while addressing work orders from property management. You will have opportunities to perform occasional deep cleaning and engage in snow removal during harsh winter months. Strong physical ability is necessary as you will perform various repetitive tasks in this community-focused position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine cleaning like vacuuming and dusting

• Clean bathrooms and laundry rooms to hygiene standards

• Manage garbage disposal effectively and safely

• Conduct deep cleaning tasks including scrubbing and refinishing

• Report any maintenance issues to property operations

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is an asset

• Ability to complete repeated physical tasks for long durations

• Basic English language skills are necessary

• Strong interpersonal skills with a community mindset

• Must pass a Criminal Record Check for employment
