Cleaning and Maintenance Caretaker

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cleaning of common areas and mechanical rooms

• Monitor and maintain cleaning machinery and supplies

• Clear snow and ice efficiently from all outdoor areas

• Record maintenance issues and report them to management

• Engage constructively with community members and staff

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of cleaning and light maintenance experience

• Proficiency with cleaning equipment and understanding of WHMIS

• Ability to independently handle daily responsibilities

• Competence in property upkeep and cleaning safety

• Strong English communication skills
