Position: Full Time Heavy Duty Cleaner Role
Join First Service Residential as a Heavy Duty Cleaner in Toronto, ON, ensuring cleanliness across all property areas. This role focuses on maintaining guest and owner satisfaction through extensive cleaning tasks.

In this full-time role, from Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm, you will be pivotal in enhancing the property's appearance. You'll perform a variety of cleaning duties, including servicing restrooms, cleaning floors, and managing waste materials. Your help in identifying issues and maintaining cleanliness will significantly impact the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas

• Gather and dispose of rubbish effectively

• Report necessary repairs and safety concerns

• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures

• Remove debris from grounds and parking lots

Requirements:

• Knowledge of cleaning methods and tools

• Capability of lifting 50 lbs safely

• Understanding of cleaning product usage

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Familiarity with building security procedures
