Building Maintenance Cleaner Position

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in our facility as a dedicated Building Maintenance Cleaner. This role requires you to clean, inspect, and manage waste in various building areas.

As a Building Maintenance Cleaner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a clean environment. Your duties include cleaning washrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring high-traffic areas are disinfected regularly. Maintaining professionalism while following a scheduled shift is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain facility cleanliness indoors and outdoors

• Clean washrooms, including showers and sinks

• Dispose of garbage from all building rooms

• Sweep and mop floors, including staircases

• Disinfect high-traffic areas like doorknobs and countertops

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of relevant cleaning experience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Hard-working and professional attitude

• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
