Drug Product Maintenance Leader

Position: Drug Product Maintenance Leader - Sanofi
Support vaccine production as the Maintenance and Reliability Operations Leader at Sanofi in Toronto, ON. Focus on enhancing operational reliability and maintenance execution in Drug Product settings.

As an integral member of the Drug Product Leadership Team, you will lead maintenance initiatives to ensure compliance and efficiency across essential equipment. Your leadership experience and technical skills will be critical in achieving operational excellence and enforcing maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement maintenance plans and prioritize activities

• Ensure reliability ownership for critical production equipment

• Maintain compliance with GMP and effective documentation

• Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts

• Contribute to maintenance budgeting and financial analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of GMP and asset lifecycle management

• Experience with RCM and CMMS systems

• Involvement in capital projects in GMP environments
