• Support HVAC, plumbing, and general facility repairs

• Maintain logs for pool chemistry and operations

• Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including snow removal

• Prepare vacated suites efficiently for new residents

• Conduct safety audits and maintain repair records

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a maintenance role preferred

• Proficient in electrical and plumbing work

• Understanding of health and safety regulations

• Effective communicator in verbal and written English

• Ability to lift and manage heavy equipment
