Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee all maintenance operations in a 24/7 environment. Your expertise will maximize efficiency and minimize downtime, contributing to optimal machinery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance shifts to ensure facility uptime

• Track KPIs and analyze daily faults in reporting

• Collaborate with management on maintenance process reviews

• Optimize maintenance team staffing and performance

• Ensure adherence to scheduled maintenance practices

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or related post-secondary education

• 3-5 years leadership in maintenance or manufacturing

• Proficiency in maintenance principles & 5S practices

• Analytical skills for problem-solving under pressure

• Willingness to travel during training
