Maintenance Engineer Position

Position: Full-Time Maintenance Engineer Position
Join SoHo Hotel in Toronto as a proactive Maintenance Engineer dedicated to maintaining our luxurious property. Ensure quality service for guests through effective upkeep of hotel systems.

This full-time role involves hands-on maintenance within the hotel environment, with responsibilities ranging from HVAC and plumbing repairs to guest service requests. You'll report to the Director of Operations and work closely with fellow engineers, ensuring every corner of the hotel meets high standards of quality and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Maintain daily maintenance logs and service records

• Inspect and repair cosmetic damages in the hotel

• Attend to guest inquiries and resolve complaints

• Support the Director of Operations with special projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in maintenance/engineering

• Experience in a hotel or service-oriented setting is an asset

• Must be available for a flexible work schedule

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
