Position: Building Operations Specialist at Allied
Drive excellence in building maintenance with Allied as a Building Operations Specialist. This position covers extensive building systems oversight and tenant maintenance.

As a Building Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sustaining the performance of Allied’s properties. You will address both preventive and reactive maintenance while liaising with tenants to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain key building systems like HVAC and plumbing

• Act promptly on tenant service requests and work orders

• Carry out scheduled maintenance and inspections

• Oversee contractor work to ensure compliance

• Participate in seasonal maintenance initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance

• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations

• Effective problem-solving capabilities and customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle physical tasks and work at heights

• Certifications in operating engineering are advantageous
