BGIS is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to supervise Technicians and uphold high maintenance standards. This role requires not only people leadership but direct involvement in maintenance tasks, ensuring operational efficiency, and adherence to established practices. You will conduct inspections on mechanical and electrical systems, while also coaching your team on performance and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee a team of maintenance technicians
• Conduct inspections of facilities and systems
• Manage routine and emergency maintenance requests
• Provide training and coaching to team members
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years of facility operations experience
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• High school diploma plus trades certification
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work on-call and available for emergencies
