You will manage the complete lifecycle of building operations while leading the in-house maintenance team and vendor relations. Focus on meeting safety standards, operational efficiency, and responding to emergencies as the primary maintenance leader. Engage with various systems, keeping maintenance logs and addressing tenant requests professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise maintenance team and operations
• Manage service requests and vendor scheduling
• Dispatch resources for emergency situations
• Maintain detailed logs and compliance records
• Oversee vendor performance and service contracts
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in facilities management
• Background in mixed-use property maintenance a plus
• Knowledge of Ontario fire and building codes
• Certified Facilities Management Professional preferred
• Technical skills in HVAC or plumbing strongly desired
Lead facilities management with a focus on safety and operational excellence in Toronto.
