Key Responsibilities:

• React swiftly to tenant escalations and maintenance issues

• Complete assigned work orders and compliance inspections

• Collaborate with vendors to facilitate service

• Conduct meter readings and maintain accurate asset inventories

• Support the preparation of building certification applications

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years in Building Operations

• Relevant certifications are an asset

• Strong skills in communication and problem solving

• Working knowledge of Building Systems and codes

• Valid driver's license for regular travel
