Join Medallion’s team as an Experienced Building Superintendent, overseeing property maintenance and ensuring resident satisfaction in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong management skills and a focus on effective maintenance operations.

We are hiring three Superintendents to maintain our properties at the highest level. Your responsibilities will include managing building operations, maintaining systems, and addressing resident concerns swiftly. Ideal candidates should possess a solid background in property management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational efficiency of all building systems

• Lead in-suite maintenance and manage transitions between tenants

• Address emergencies and compliance with safety regulations

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas

• Build and maintain positive resident relations

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years experience in building maintenance

• Solid understanding of electrical and plumbing systems

• Competency in handling emergency situations

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Must be available for on-call rotations
