VA Leaside. You will oversee essential maintenance functions, advocate for safety, and coordinate daily maintenance tasks with the Building Services Manager. Your commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere is vital for our residents' happiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Document and adjust swimming pool chemistry
• Oversee cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas
• Prepare vacated suites for incoming residents
• Implement regular safety checks and audits
Requirements:
• 2+ years in building or facility maintenance
• Knowledgeable in plumbing and electrical systems
• Familiar with safety regulations and protocols
• Strong communication skills in English
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification
