Automated Facility Maintenance Manager

This role demands a detail-oriented manager who will oversee 24/7 maintenance activities. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will develop and implement maintenance strategies while building a team that thrives on continuous improvement. Your leadership will empower your team to minimize machinery downtime and enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for all maintenance shifts in the facility

• Maintain comprehensive reports and track KPIs

• Review procedures to maintain customer service standards

• Manage staffing, overtime, and team expectations

• Ensure effective use of management systems

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in mechanical/electrical fields

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in maintenance

• Advanced knowledge in 5S principles

• Ability to solve complex problems effectively

• Experience in diverse work environments preferred
