Position: Cleaner Role at Homestead Land Holdings
Help create a clean and inviting atmosphere as a Cleaner for Homestead Land Holdings in North York, ON. This role involves regular cleaning of common areas and tenant units.

In this position, you will work 40 hours per week, which includes weekend shifts every other week. Your main duties include maintaining cleanliness in elevators, lounges, and the laundry room, as well as cleaning tenant units prior to new residents moving in. Attention to safety and detail will be pivotal in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean fitness rooms and common areas thoroughly

• Prepare tenant units for new occupants

• Carry out winter snow removal responsibilities

• Maintain garbage and recycling rooms

• Complete additional cleaning tasks as required

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred

• Capability to lift objects up to 20 kg

• Reliability and attention to detail are crucial

• Adhere strictly to safe work practices

• Criminal records clearance is needed
