Position: Colliers Maintenance Technician
Become a key player at Colliers as a Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep of Toronto retail and residential properties. This role combines hands-on maintenance with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

In your role, you will support property management by maintaining common areas and ensuring they meet cleanliness standards. Daily travel between properties is required, along with regular inspections and performing various repairs. Ideal candidates will possess experience in building maintenance and a solid understanding of safety procedures.

• Keep common areas clean and well-maintained

• Perform building inspections and report any issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Ability to manage contractor work efficiently

• Physical capability to walk up to 10 miles daily

• Strong communication and organizational skills
