Your key responsibilities will involve routine cleaning tasks and ensuring hygiene standards across various shared areas for a community of over 200 residents. Strong customer service skills will enhance the living experience for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning including sweeping and mopping

• Maintain and sanitize common areas and bathrooms

• Empty garbage and dispose of waste properly

• Execute deep cleaning tasks as needed

• Report maintenance issues to the property management team

Requirements:

• Experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks

• Basic English communication skills

• Friendly and community-minded personality

• Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
