Position: Maintenance Management Role at WITRON
Keep WITRON's automated facility running efficiently as a Maintenance Manager. Drive maintenance strategies and lead a team focused on excellence and uptime.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Site Manager and take accountability for all maintenance activities. Your focus will be on developing, implementing, and tracking maintenance strategies as well as optimizing team performance. You will also work to ensure a safe working environment while complying with all safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operations of the automated facility

• Track KPIs and perform daily fault analysis

• Lead maintenance staffing and performance management

• Oversee parts inventory and implement cost-saving measures

• Ensure safety compliance in all maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Educational background in engineering or related fields

• 3-5 years in maintenance leadership

• Advanced understanding of maintenance principles

• Strong analytical and leadership skills

• Willing to travel for training across sites
