Position: Experienced Maintenance Leader Required
Join a dedicated maintenance team as a Maintenance Team Leader, ensuring optimal equipment performance and production efficiency in a unionized environment. Focus on achieving safety and quality benchmarks alongside your team.

In this leadership role, you will develop maintenance capabilities, execute preventive maintenance plans, and collaborate on system improvements. Primary responsibilities include coaching technicians and managing the Repairs & Maintenance budget while embedding continuous improvement into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians effectively

• Oversee preventive maintenance and troubleshooting efforts

• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams

• Maintain safety, food safety, and quality standards

• Train technicians on both technical and maintenance skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years in maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing

• Leadership experience (1-2 years) essential

• Strong background in electrical and automation systems

• Good communication and collaborative leadership skills

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts
