We are seeking a dedicated cleaner to lead and manage our cleaning operations. This full-time role includes responsibilities in housekeeping management, laundry efficiency, and maintaining hygiene protocols. Your experience in supervising cleaning teams will be essential for ensuring high cleanliness standards and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement cleaning protocols meeting hygiene and safety standards
• Manage efficient and quality-controlled laundry services
• Monitor and order cleaning supplies as necessary
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness
• Foster effective communication with team members
Requirements:
• Proven experience supervising cleaning or janitorial teams
• Familiarity with housekeeping practices in hospitality
• Must have a valid driving license
• Available to work weekends
• Minimum of 3 years of cleaning experience
