Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general and specialized maintenance on site properties

• Respond promptly to resident issues and service requests

• Complete appliance repairs and routine plumbing tasks

• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and common zones

• Document maintenance activities regularly

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• 1-2+ years of maintenance experience

• Proficient with basic tools and techniques

• Flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
