Position: YMCA Building Maintenance Technician Role
Be the spark for community wellness at the YMCA as a Building Maintenance Technician. This part-time position involves ensuring facilities are clean and well-maintained for all visitors.

Located at the Cooper Koo Family YMCA, this position involves maintaining building systems and addressing repair needs across various facilities. With at least 5 years of skilled trades experience, your expertise will ensure a safe and reliable environment. This role includes performing light-duty cleaning, managing contractors, and responding to emergencies to maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair HVAC systems, plumbing, and equipment

• Ensure cleanliness and safety of pools and amenities

• Manage maintenance requests and prepare for emergencies

• Conduct general and project cleaning tasks

• Maintain adequate inventory for building supplies

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience

• 5 years of experience in building maintenance

• Valid First Aid and CPR certification

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
